At Cascara Center, we are mental health professionals who are committed to helping your children thrive through collaboration and communication. Much as a plant needs water, nutrients, and sunlight to survive, children achieve the greatest benefit when their parents, teachers, other caregivers and health professionals communicate and work together.
Services
We provide outpatient individual and family therapy, biofeedback, and psychological and educational assessment services for individuals from early childhood thru young adulthood.
We work with children, adolescents and families who are coping with the following types of issues:

- Anxiety and trauma; obsessive/compulsive behavior
